If I were to put it in a few words only it would be that Lugol's Solution controls or regulates the energy expanding mechanism of the body. It is the energy expanding mechanism in an overworked constantly charged up state that leads to many of the illnesses and disorders we experience in these times. There is more to it of course, but for starters that has been my experience. Combined with an understanding of the
elements (earth water fire wind and space) one has the keystone to maintain
the stasis otherwise known as "health"
