Re: O/T: High heart rate ( pulse rate) or Tachycardia
There is a test called the Pulse Test, which you can google. Basically, you take your resting pulse, and then withing 15 minutes after everything you eat you take your pulse. A rise of 15 in the pulse rate will show what it is you are allergic to and what is raising your heart rate. It is a little unwieldy in that it takes time, but the price is right - free. I found the meat and fruit diet by using a
food intolerance blood test and that is more simple, but costs money. Apparently we can be intolerant to different foods at different times in our lives and we can make ourselves intolerant to a food by eating it over and over. My cousin made herself intolerant to blackberries by eating them so often. She loved them and had planted bushes, and was so sad when she found out that was causing her problems. I did the same thing to myself by adding black pepper to everything.
Since you really don't relate your tachycardia to anything else, that might be a starting place.
