My progress day 12


Day 1:

Starting stats:

177 pounds (at 5'4")

Arm 12.5 inches
Bust 44
Under bust 34
Waist 31.5
Abdomen 33
Hips 37.5
Upper Thigh 22
Mid Thigh 19

11 days completed: morning of Day 12 stats.

169 pounds

Arm 11.75 inches
Bust 41.5
Under bust 30.5
Waist 30
Abdomen 30.5
Hips 35
Upper Thigh 21
Mid Thigh 18.5

My Goal:

Arm 10
Bust 39
Under bust 28
Waist 22
Abdomen 23
Hips 30
Upper Thigh 18
Mid Thigh 16

**note* waist, abdomen and hips adjusted for the fact I pull my tape measure tight to get accurate inch loss readings each time..the 22,23,30 measurements will land me with a 24 inch waist, 25 inch abs and 32 inch hips respectfully tape measure relaxed.**

Im here purely for weight loss and to get into better eating habits thereafter..doing intermittent protein drink fast days in between a few lowcarb eat days. Ive worked out 6 days per week for 4 weeks straight. After today Im going to take a week off from exercise as an experiment to see if my body will let go of the weight at a faster rate then Im back on with the exercise adjusted dependant on this next weeks results. I started July 1 at 185 pounds and a 35 inch waist(started posting here after two weeks of half-assed lowcarbing and thus some weight loss). Ive lost 16 pounds so far in July.
