With respect to the 2% The threshold is actually 2.2% so we are allowing for error in that regard. The 1 oz has some margin of error and I think Kent Marine will continue with their 1 oz bottle for the aquarium crowd.I went through this with DEA for just the reason you bring up. Not to mention that the DEA states in their rule that they have found no instance where Lugol's was ever found to be used in illegal drug production. I guess we can all sleep better now which I believe is what .gov wants anyway.
