A lot of parents go way overboard and don't know when to let their children be in complete control of their lives.

Parents will automatically get the respect they deserve (according to the CHILD, not the parent) if they do their job correctly in childhood, but alot of parents whine and complain that respect should go with the title of PARENT.

...not if they don't earn it.



My brother committed suicide on my father's birthday 23 yrs. ago and addressed his suicide note to my mother.

On Thanksgiving I thanked God for EVERYTHING. Then He asked me to tell Him all the reasons I'm thankful that I was born. That shut me up very quick and we never spoke about it again (I still love Him very much, but my parents didn't do such a good job, did they?).
