I have a great opportunity to begin my cleanse tomorrow.
The problem is, I have a big job to do 5 days from now.
Even under "normal" conditions, it is an exhausting and long shift.
I fear getting the "shakes" as can happen if I don't have protein after a workout.
I've done the cleanse once before, but never had to contend with this.
Even if I flood my body with the lemonade, will working a shift like that be detrimental?
