Allergic reaction to salt flush?

Okay, given the suggestions earlier today I decided to do no salt flushing until early evening. I am taking all of the companion supplements (including potassium which I've been taking afterall in my EmergenC), have a all-natural supplement grade salt, clean water, and followed the protocol exactly. I've also been drinking lots of water throughout the day as usual (over 100 ounces). Here are the results of my latest flush.

- About a minute after doing it the dull headache I'd had all day completely disappeared.
- I have noticibly increased chest congestion
- My back hurts (probably kidneys)
- I have hives on my neck and itching under arms
- I am very bloated
- I have no need AT ALL to urinate
- I have a bit of watery discharge (sorry) I have noticed this with other unsuccessful flushes

I've had allergic reations and the above sounds like that to me. I can't believe after all of the salt and water I've consumed I have so little need to urinate. I mean no need at all. I am definitely really retaining water.

Any thoughts? I am going to skip the Iodine tomorrow, lower the dose and try a different salt when I resume. I am probably at least 5-7 pounds heavier than I was last week. Tweet
