I'm planning on Water Fasting for 30 days. I've done 14 days before, and it felt amazing! Now I want to know what kind of benefits I can get with 30 days. Not only will I be fasting longer, but this time around I'm going to be more cautious about how much water I drink. I remember during my first successful 14 day fast that I didn't drink that much water at all. This time around I'll be drinking at least 4 bottles of purified water, 16.9 fl oz each, per day.
I would definitely love some fasting buddies. We can hold each other accountable!
