Re: OT - Going barefoot and walking properly

It is working now. The site must have been down. Thanks.

I have always gone barefoot whenever possible. Footwear for me has been because of weather (cold & snow) or when I was required to have shoes (work, shopping). I love to walk outside barefoot and never wear shoes in the house.

I am wondering if moccasins with soft soles would be a good... hmmm? Sandals would be good except for winter.

Have you ever heard about backwards walking? Walking backwards is suppose to do something for the body's alignment.

Thanks for the info and link. I am going to go do a bit of reading. See if I am walking correctly (Fox walking)!
