Where are you? You might still have lots of time if you're midwest or West. I release stones in the afternoon (**after doing enemas in the morning**). Also:
I drink ten ounces of magnesium citrate in the morning (you don't need this if you had epsom salt, of course!).
Also, eating helps stimulate things a lot! I like dry, seeded whole wheat toast.
Warm water is good, too. But choose that OR the food, whichever you really feel like. E.G. have a mug of warm water now. And in 30 minutes or so pop in some toast. And don't worry about it!
