My theory is go easy. Too many sudden purges/flushes WILL CAUSE HARM to the body. It will throw the electrolytes out of balance. Keep all flushes for any emergency.
Who does not want a clean liver, healthy skin and good BMs? But flushing is harsh and harmful.
I would do plenty of Granulated Lecithin ( Non GMO), raw Egg yolks. And ensure that there are no deficiencies in the body. Vitamin A , B complex, C , D & E. Food should be the preferred choice ofcourse, but sometimes supplementation is required.
Sea-salt should be used for foods (high in Magnesium) and some Iodine foot painting is good and very safe. And alkaize your body with Baking Soda. I would never take lemons/ACV withour neutralising the acid with some Baking Soda.
