Exactly what does it feel like? Do you have trouble swallowing? Do you have to keep clearing your throat as if there is something stuck in it? If so that is called plum pit qi in Chinese medicine and it is caused by liver yang energy going upward. It would be treated by downbearing the lover qi and calming the liver. Tweet
