My update for today is not as I was hoping it would be, as I had a small dinner. However, my dinner was very healthy, just consitsing of a can of tuna with egg whites and spinach. I feel a little bit disappointed with myself for not fasting today but I will fast completely for the next 3 days, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I know I can do it! Yesterday I bought 2 new dresses which are a bit too tight on me and I know would fit perfectly once I lose this these last 5 pounds. It is great motivation! How is everyone else doing?
