Thanks for all the encouragement.

I kept getting stones out all day yesterday (the day after the flush).

I also notice that I am upbeat since the flush. A big PLUS.

The next flush is on my calendar and now that I know what to expect, it will be eaiser to face. I was more afraid of the "unknown" such as "will I vomit" or "will I have intense ..can't leave the bathroom..diarrhea?". I had neither so I can relax more mentally.
