When I have this problem I eat five or six dried prunes after my supper. Start with five and if that is not enough, increase the number each night until you get the desired effect.It you don't like prunes, dried figs could be substituted. Either works well. Or fresh plus or figs could be used. Alternatively, have a raw, shredded cabbage salad (coleslaw). Any other means or increasing dietary fiber would probably also work.
