The majority of the stones were between the size of a BB and a small pea. The largest ones were 1 inch in diameter,I probably had between one and two dozen in that size range. I never had the huge "golfball" sized stones some people report.
The stones ranged in color from almost black, with a thin white "crust" over them, to a pale yellow tan. Most of them were green.
BTW-Even though I hate the taste, I would never do a Liver Flush without Epsom salt. I believe using the ES and having my biliary ducts dialated is the main reason most of my flushes have been easy and problem free. Tweet
