Re: Meditation Won't Boost Health: Study

I'm sure this is a big joke. I myself have experienced the benefits of it. I was suffering from chronic acidity for 5 yrs. I followed the advise of a yoga guru and did meditation. I am cured of the acidity from which I've suffered for atleast 5 years. If meditation doesnt help, how the heck did I get relief from my acidity? I have seen what worked for me. So I dont care what these "researchers" tell

I can recollect a funny incident my prof used to tell during our college days. These researchers are similar to this.

Once a junior scientist was trying to analyze the behaviour of a 8 legged creature. He initially cuts 2 of the legs and screams. The creature moves. He repeats this 3 more times. When the last 2 legs of the creature is cut off, it doesnt move even though he shouts. So he concludes that the 7th and 8th legs are connected to ears and so it is unable to hear when those legs are removed!
