First of all we all need iodine. Most of us do not eat enough fresh produce that gives us daily dosage of iodine.
Check your basal temperature. Keep a thermometer next to your bed, upon waking, without moving in your bed put the thermometer under your arm pit and check your temperature after one minute. If it is under 96F degrees you need to take iodine. I am not an expert on this, but you can read a lot of past messages here on this forum.
What you can do is to try one drop a day and see how it makes you feel. If nothing happens...try 2 drops.
