Ok...Ok...I am at it again but with good reason.
My latest SCIO test has shown very low numbers (low means sufficient) for all forms of selenium but one.
Of course the one that showed the need for higher dosages was this item:

Needles to say this one is of great importance to me, so off I went to do a little more research. As it turns out the thyroid wants elemental Selenium or maybe Selenium Salt it doesn’t seem too happy with Selenomethionine or SeMC. I can clearly see this by comparing past values to current values, in short I am adding back 200mcg of Selenium from yeast to feed this requirement instead of SeMC only.
