lol yeah I think I'll stick with topcat, brings back funny memories for me as well.
Oh yeah that's right I remember you told me about the diet, good going. Sounds like you are doing everything you can. It is a really wise thing to do to get more than one person to test biocompatiblity! I've had the same and sometimes you do get contradictory results, but you can be pretty sure when both tests agree on the same materials. I also did the serum test as well, so I have had about three. Cerec is really good choice, I have not heard a reaction yet (not saying it hasn't occured though). But I think I told you that the owner of the serum lab in US (walter clifford) was talking about taking cerec off their testing because nobody yet has had a reaction. I think they should leave it on there personally, because there is always that chance. I think the reason is that the material itself is very stable and doesn't tend to leak out its components as much, plus I do not think it contains quite the chemicals of plastics. They say it contains aluminium (in oxide form), which apparently is ok according to Walter. He says you get more aluminium out of a garden salad than you ever will with a lifetime of ceramics in your teeth. However, someone from the company that produces cerec denies it contains it...so I have NO idea!
Wow 11 hours of driving? I admire you. I've done 9 :-D And that just about killed me. It's amazing how fatigued you can get. Of course I had help because someone went with me, so we took turns. How the heck will you do that alone??? Had to take plenty of breaks for cups of tea and something to eat. Yes, you dont want to put up with further die off whilst you are taking this on! Good idea to leave the probiotics till after. (depending on how bad the headaches are). Sometimes it can be a good feeling because you know something good is happening.
Your wife and daughter got the best deal ;-) then again depends on how you look at it...
