Hi fil.

Hope you remember me posting here back last sept. I've been thinking of you many times wanting to thank you, maybe you don't remember, but I sure do. Remember I had this problem with explosions or very bad jumps in my chest if you want to call it...you cured me with a very simple solution. You told me to simply elevate the head of my bed & that's all it took to cure me. I never thought of it myself, nor could many doctors. Little do you know or anybody else for that matter that I was very suicidal, even had notes on my computer on how to do it. Well...since then I have deleted that stuff & I have you to thank for. I don't get those jumps anymore...thanks to you. You deserve one big fat"R". THANK YOU!!!

BTW...I glad to here your doing so well on your road to health. Sounds like you have it all figured out. I sure hope you visit us once in a while.
