does exercise affect weight loss while fasting. Im at a standstill..2 weeks of lowcarbing and now with one day of fasting under my belt and still no budge on the scale nor inches coming off. Im doing just cardio but theres resistance aka eliptical on the "hills" and such. I need the weight along with inches to come down. What is everyones experience on this. Should I lay off on the exercise completely will this allow a speedy weight loss. THEN when I get down to where I want to be start exercising incorporating weights?
Also...anyone just starting a new fast and want to check in with me daily and do this together?
