Re: parasite kill...then liver flush...few questions :-)
Hi Angeleyez,
Learn how to do an enema. You can look on line, there are several sites. I think curezone has instructions in a FAQ also. OR you could go for a
colonic and ask your therapist about doing enemas.
All it takes, though, is the equipment: a bag or a bucket -- in small quarters you'll probably want a bag, and you can pick this up at a drugstore. Some lubricant (KY Jelly or cheaper brand). Plain water and a tablespoon of plain
Sea Salt for every
quart of water. Make the water body temperature (if it feels like no temperature with your hand, that's basically it).
****I'm suggesting you learn to do an enema asap b/c it's what's going to rinse out those
parasites and other toxins quickly.**** The faster you get them out the better. Moreover, you will want to do an enema before and after your
Liver Flush (again to get those toxins out fast).
Once you get your enema skills down pat (they are not hard to do at all; just read a few instructions on line) you are ready for a liver flush. I suggest softening up stones with apple juice. I start drinking it five days prior to the flush, a
quart a day. I also add "Chanca Piedra" a root tincture, which you can buy on line.
I am 5'6" and 120
lbs. I used 3/4 cup organic lemon juice (fresh) and 3/4 cup extra virgin
Olive-Oil for my first flush and it was successful. I drank 10
oz. magnesium citrate the following morning & did an enema of three or four bags -- one of coffee (body temp) then water).
Unless you are very tiny, those 3/4 measurements would be OK. Some people use a full cup of each. I split my potion into four doses over 45 minutes. Much easier!
