Your suggestion about drinking electrolyte water was a great one! Thank you! For some reason I'm not as motivated when I'm juice fasting. It seems like I'm too close to food, like I can break my fast at any time. I'm happy to be back on water fasting.
You can do it! I had three times over the last month that I fasted, broke it, fasted, and broke it, but I am still down in pounds. I'm also still motivated for doing a long fast. This is my day 2. I am in a wedding at the end of the month, so I have good motivation for fasting. Jump back on the train, but make sure your mindset is right first. Sometimes it took me a couple of days to get back the mental determination to fast again. That's okay, it's normal.
