I've been using coconut oil, only at most a tablespoon a day, but the constipation has begun. (Of course -- *everything* constipates me.)
What do I do? Cut back on the CO for a while? I absolutely cannot drink more water than I am drinking now.(I have warm water first thing in the a.m.) I eat lots of steamed/spiced greens. Ordinarily, this would be great. But now it doesn't seem to make a difference.
