Personally, I do not recommend a Bowel Cleanse to eliminate mucoid plaque when someone is already as constipated as Kathyrn had described. And if you read her posts you will understand that she is not able to do a standard Liver Flush as she is unable to use Epsom Salts . For the elimination of mucoid plaque or liver flushes, their has to be an open channel of elimination or the toxins will just re-circulate and the person will needlessly feel sick as a dog! Once the chronic constipation has been addressed then these other cleanses can be utilized.

And enemas...albeit beneficial...do not come close to colonics in the amount of water used. It's a matter of quarts versus gallons...in some cases, 20-30 gallons!
