Re: Someone please tell me exactly what to do for a first time liver flush sans Epsom salt?

Hi,

If you go back to Archive 25, Page 48, there are two posts from me -- Pinkcat -- one after the other called First Flush Diary. It tells you what I did (part one). And what happened (that's part 2).

PRIOR to my flush I DID do a kidney and bladder cleanse with a product kit called "Water Works" and a parasite cleanse with a product kit called "Critter Gitter". You can find these for sale on line. Look them up by name, or search under "Hanna Kroger". (Also, there are other recipes that other people have for these cleanses. The Hanna Kroger is what I happened to use, since I know a couple of healers who really like this stuff.)

Before all this, I had been doing colonics & enemas for years. You don't have to do them for years first, but do get a colonic if possible before flushing, or do a series of enemas to clear out your large intestine (you want the stones and stuff produced by your flush to clear out of you as quickly as possible. This is the purpose of taking a purgative.)

Honestly, I don't know if you would need to do a kidney/bladder cleanse or a parasite cleanse before starting your flush(es). Many people don't.

Me: I just wanted to go the whole hog, as long as I was going!

Good luck!

Pinkcat
