Personally I never stopped eating fruit. Fresh is how it is found on trees and plants so that is how I eat it. I have a theory. When we cook and juice fruits, essentially taking them out of their natural state, that is when we can have potential problems with candida.
I mean, cooked fruit is still better than no fruit but when talking of Sugar sensitivities i'd leave it as it is. In this, I have had zero issues. The fiber buffers the Sugar so they say and it makes sense since I have never met anyone with bad teeth who blame it on eating too much fruit!
