Baby Shot disaster or Child Abuse?

I started doing research on a legal case thinking it was simply a matter of the wrong person being blamed for child abuse and sent to prison for an "exceptional" term of 16 years without proof of intentional abuse. But as I studied the records not included in the court documents and started doing some research, I was stunned to see this "child abuse" case evolve into something entirely different.

I am raising this man's child. Not the damaged one, the one left behind. She is my only grandchild. I wanted to adopt her half sister, who survived her injuries, but it didn't work out that way. My website is still under construction, but there is enough information about the case already there. Most of what remains are the legal issues, not the medical ones.

This is an information-only site intended for the legal community, particularly the one specifically involved in this case, but I now realize it has a far wider application and would appreciate feedback and help in spreading the word, because if I'm right in what I found, this affects people all over the world and has put many of them behind bars, wrongfully accused, wrongfully convicted, and wrongfully imprisoned.
