In my previous posts I mentioned that I've been recovering from AF for several years, and now realize I probably have a severe case of copper overload as well. I listed a couple of supplements I started taking for the latter condition.
I now take the following every day for my copper overload:
Zinc Picolinate 50 mg.
Taurine 500 mg.
Vitamin B-6 100 mg.
Manganese 10 mg.
Vitamin C 1000 mg.
I also bought some alpha lipoic acid, and haven't started taking it yet. Does anyone have any feedback for me about my supplementation schedule for this condition? Does anyone recommend eliminating any of these, taking additional supplements, or changing the amounts of my current ones?
