Oh also to add, isn't bread like a carby kind of food anyways, similiar to potatoes? If this is the case it would explain the misconception (?) that baked yeast adds to the active yeast in cadida, (which it cannot be "live" since it was baked in an oven and stored on a shelf for awhile).
