I spotted some cans of Organic soup in my grocery store today and looked on the label to see if I could find any yeast or sugar. There was none listed.
Comparing these with the (processed) campbells soup labels, I saw both yeast and Sugar there. So would these Organice soups be okay to eat on a Candida diet or is there some other hidden ingredient in tinned soups that aggravates the beast (knowing candida, there is)? Just checking, is all.
Also, on the Organice tomato soup it listed the ingrediants as having 5g sugar. I wondered if this was natural Sugar or added. If added, that is one Organic soup i'd have to avoid.
