Real people use real money. Colorable people use color of money. Real people walk on earth. Colorable people float above the earth using their own laws of physics. Real people use real Law. Colorable people use color of law.
I might also add that real people occasionally have real medical problems while colorable people only have symptoms of diseases, the better to derive the most income from. In short, colorable people are simply legal fictions. They don't really exist. They simply go through the motions as if they do. Much like corporations.
These two classifications mix almost as well as oil and energized water.
As to placebo, since you know so much about this effect anyway, you might as well have a look at the entymology of the term
c.1225, name given to the rite of Vespers of the Office of the Dead, so called from the opening of the first antiphon, "I will please the Lord in the land of the living" (Psalm cxiv:9), from L. placebo "I shall please," future indic. of placere "to please" (see please). Medical sense is first recorded 1785, "a medicine given more to please than to benefit the patient."
Are you in the Land of the Living or are you a corporation?
