I'll just use a little Solaray each day with the Parkelp I get today.
I just searched magnesium stearate and found many articles saying it's a big no-no addition to our diets (major reason is it has immo-suppressant properties), yet nearly 90-95% of the supplements on the market has it in them. I dug through the box of supplements I used to take and found this to be true.
I'm so glad I found your forum and stopped taking all those nasty things and started supplementing a whole foods diet with Superfoods and the Alka. drink instead. I feel so much safer! :)
