The process for producing high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is very complicated.
But turns out to be cheaper than using “real’ sugar.
Two of the enzymes used in the production have been genetically modified.
Most if not all of the corn used today is also genetically modified.
So any product with HFCS should construed to be
Genetically-Modified contaminated.
It’s estimated that 80 percent of our present food is
Genetically-Modified contaminated.

The term fructose implies to the consensus mind, that the
Sugar is derived from fruit and therefore “healthier”, even Doctors believe this.
It’s not, its corn transformed by a very complicated process.
The final result is sucrose (a fancy name indicating a product comprised of both glucose and fructose).
HFCS has a concentration of about 55 percent fructose and 45 percent glucose.
Health problems are derived from consumption of fructose, they are exacerbated by copper deficiency, which is widespread in America
The body easily handles glucose, Dr Field explains why:
The medical profession thinks fructose is better for diabetics than sugar, but every cell in the body can metabolize glucose. However, all fructose must be metabolized in the liver. The livers of the rats on the high fructose diet looked like the livers of alcoholics, plugged with fat and cirrhotic.
One can construe that liver problems will be increased with the consumption of fructose.
