First, stop believing all the crap you hear from lame friends of yours. They will tell you anything. I've never heard such a thing. Sperm is designed for procreation. I learned in anatomy class that most sperm whilst travelling in the uterus dies. It also must be kept at a certain temperature or they will die. So something that is dead per se couldn't possibly help acne. Tweet
