I am no expert, but my advice is to stay away from agave nectar, honey, and sugar. All of those feed the yeast. You may not ever get rid of your condition if you continue eating that stuff. Stevia is great, make sure if it is in the liquid soultion that is does not contain alcohol. Xylitol is good for fighting candida, but use it carefully.
Like I said, I am no expert, I am struggling also. I would like to ask you a question, how is the Triphala working for you? I would like to try it.
