I find it heart-wrenching to read posts over and over and over again from nice folks who start out with "Day one, so excited, etc., etc." then "Day two, broke down and ate a pie".
Fasting is a very tough way to lose weight and the double whammy of not being able to stick with it can devastate your self-esteem.
I enjoy fasting but not for weight loss. It makes your skin glow and gives you a very clean feeling. It breaks my heart to read the same experience over and over again with posters inability to stick with it.
Forget fasting, ladies, unless you are doing for the right reason. I couldn't stick to a fast until I got down to 122. I don't think fasting works for weight loss, does it???
