On "--Acid to Alkaline ratios--"

Because acids are so much more powerful than Alkaline Minerals, for 1 pound of acid producing foods , it may take 10 pounds of Alkaline Minerals to be able to neutralize this amount of Acids!
Let’s see.
500 grams of “acid producing foods”   = 5 kilos (11 lb) of alkaline minerals.
Oh yeah.   That sounds reasonable.

This may be because Acids are Cations
Wrong.  Acids can be neutral, or with a positive or negative charge.

and the Alkaline Minerals like Calcium and Magnesium and Potassium are Anions,
Wrong they are neutral or cations, it would take unusual circumstances for them to hold a negative charge.   A cation is a species with a positive charge.  Some examples would be Ca2+, Mg2+, K1+
