i use enemas (sea salt + water) once in awhile if im feeling sick or have a headache for whatever reason (rare occasion) ..i didnt realize people actually used soap for enemas.. I dont even use soap to wash my skin.. soap entering my anus is a scary thought .lol. thanks naturalist. Tweet
