I traveled 3 hours away after my last
month long fast to do a foot detox bath.
I was very impressed with what came out,
but more impressed by the lightness of
feeling I felt afterwards. I can really
recommend it after a fast where everything
is stirred up and the detox process is still
ongoing even post-cleanse for a little while.
I also can recommend clay therapy if
you are thinking of doing something
like this post-cleanse. I drank a teaspoon
of clay in 8 ounces of water. I hydrated
the clay for 24 hours in sunlight before
drinking. This also was an internal way
to nab molecules of heavy metals and
move them down and out.
The machines are expensive so I would
not want to own one, but doing it after
a cleanse was a real positive experience
for me and I am hoping after my current
fast to do it again.
