thank you! I was hoping you would reply. I have thought about juicing for this week and then going back to water. I am trying to stay on water for tonight and see how my body feels tomorrow. It's sooo hard, but the day is almost over and I hate to break down now. The longest I've done on water was 12 days earlier this year. I did not have T.O.M. to interrupt things then. I feel like I'll see great results if I can just hold out this week. Thank you for writing. I really needed the encouragement!
