I understand your eagerness to start as well, so first order either some Lugol's or Iodoral. Lugol's is iodine/iodide in distilled water. Iodoral is Lugol's in tablet form.

Sooo...order your stuff and THEN you simply MUST do some reading. Iodine therapy is not simple, there are other supplements we need to take, and there are detox reactions, especially the first week.
