Hello everyone. Thanks for all the encouragement yesterday. I ended the day feeling much better. Maybe it's just the mornings that I'm weak. I'll let you all know how that goes. For weight loss updates:
(I weighed after my first complete day of Water Fasting to get my starting weight. I don't know my exact weight before that.)
AFTER 6 DAYS OF FASTING:
That's 13 lb. down and prob another 3-5 lb. on top of that since I didn't weigh before I started my fast. I'm very excited to be this close to getting back under 200 lb. I'm obviously motivated enough to keep going, and I feel pretty well. I just have to watch how long I'm on my feet.
