I felt a small lump and freaked out. I had a mammogram and an ultrasound. I have a small cyst in my right boob. My breasts do not get as cystic as they used to. I did stop eating meat and taking herbal diet pills. If I drink a lot of coffee, my breasts will get very lumpy around my period. I think I'll check out the Iodine too.
