It sounds like you really set yourself up for success. I'm so proud of you for making a great plan like that (removing food, not going in a store, etc.) and sticking to it. If it were me and I'd been tempted to order take out, chances are I would have. Way to go! Get through today and it's easy sailing through 5 days. I'm on day six now, and I found the 4th and 5th days were pretty mild.
