My back upper molars are growing sideways....

I have upper adult mollars at the back that just finished growing out. They are growing sideways and now my jaws are evry tight and clicking. I got facial pain, head pain and feel like vomiting etc. They also bleed alot with slight touch and become painful. Should i be getting them extracted? I'm just too scared. Tweet
