Thank you for the tips. I have been seriously considering having professional supervision on this fast. I didn't feel like I needed it the first few days, but was planning on finding someone within the next week.
One main reason I want to Water Fast is that my previous Water Fasts have lowered my cholesterol considerably. I have read that juice fasting is not efficient in this area like Water Fasting is. My family have poor genetics when it comes to cholesterol and since I gained this weight it makes me particularly uneasy.
I learned my lesson the hard way before about drinking plenty of water, so I am fulfilling that requirement. I'll keep everyone posted as to how I'm doing. Thank you again. Take care!
