Yes, I tried it briefly but found it very difficult as I had to exclude so much and was starving most of the time. Ruling out Sugar I can deal with. Even flour products I could manage, but then dairy and meats and even fruit (according to some diets) leaves only a few veggies and some obsure foods which I couldn't probably afford in large amounts on my current budget. To be honest, I hated most of the remaining veggies on the list, LOL. So I didn't last long on the diet unfortunately. I know I could do it if I really, really forced myself but it is so extreme.
