Thirsty?

Does anyone else experience extreme thirst? I usually drink at least two liters of good old h2o a day, but sometimes, I experience thirst for a week or two where no matter how much water I drink, I feel very thirsty, but become bloated when I try to hydrate with water. I suspect that this is because of electrolyte or sodium deficiency, and have tried drinking Smart water or just mixing salt into water to drink. Any insight? Tweet
